My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was pretty good, close to stores and restaurants, but the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and was not as clean as I would have liked. The service was a mix of accommodating and rude encounters. The dining experience was mostly satisfactory, with adequate options. The facilities were decent, but the overall value for money was questionable.
The hotel was a disappointment overall. The rooms lacked basic amenities, with no baths and open floor tile showers that soaked the entire bathroom floor. The staff had rude and unhelpful behavior, especially when asked for anything, and the rooms were not properly cleaned, even after a high price of nearly $180 per night. Furthermore, the lack of proper heating left me uncomfortably cold throughout my stay.
